In your inbox, you’ll find all messages you receive from brands or the Refluenced team.

What you’ll find in your inbox:

  • Messages from brands – Once you’re part of a campaign, you can chat directly with brands (and vice versa) via the campaign chat—for example, to share feedback or ask questions.

  • Campaign invitations – If a brand wants to invite you to a campaign, you’ll receive the request here. You can accept or decline it.

  • System messages – Updates about your campaigns, awards, or important information from Refluenced will also appear here.


How to manage your inbox:

Tap the chat bubble icon in the navigation to open your inbox. New messages will be marked with a badge.

💡 Tip: Check your inbox regularly—brands often expect quick responses. Replying promptly leaves a great first impression.
