For every campaign, you’re required to create content and then sync it in the Refluenced app. A campaign can only be completed once all your content pieces have been fully synchronized.
How synchronization works:
When posting:
Make sure to include all tags, hashtags, and link stickers specified in the brand’s briefing.
To sync your content:
Open the campaign – Go to the relevant campaign in the app.
Submit content – Tap on “Sync Content” or the blue fields showing your number of content pieces. You’ll be redirected to Instagram or TikTok.
Sync your content pieces:
Instagram Stories – Sync them immediately after posting—they’re only visible for 24 hours! Make sure to use the correct account tag.
Instagram Post/Reel – The correct account tag is essential for successful synchronization.
TikTok Video – Sync via the video link by copying & pasting it.
Add the Ad Code – Copy & paste the Ad Code from your post (relevant for campaigns with Partnership and Spark Ads).
Once your post is successfully synced, it will appear in the campaign overview.
Why is this important?
Only synchronized posts can be tracked by Refluenced. This means only properly linked content counts toward reach, views, and engagement—and is required for your payment.
What happens if I can’t sync my content?
If you experience technical issues, please contact Influencer Support.
If you miss the deadline and haven’t synced your content, your account will be temporarily restricted—you won’t be able to apply for new campaigns until the current one is completed.
Continued failure to sync content may result in warnings or even account suspension.
Note on Content Approval:
If your campaign requires content approval, you may only post after your content has been approved by the brand—not before.
Don’t worry: If the brand stops responding, we’ll keep track of it and you’ll still receive your compensation.
