Each campaign has a clear deadline by which you must upload your content.
If you miss your deadline, you will automatically be restricted by our system and won’t be able to apply for new campaigns until you have fully completed the current one.
If the campaign includes cash payment, it will only be paid out once the campaign is fully completed.
If you know you won’t meet the deadline:
You can request a deadline extension (with a valid reason)
You can request to cancel the collaboration (with a valid reason)
What the brand can do:
Request the product or voucher to be returned
Issue an invoice to charge you for the value of the product
