The Campaign Chat is your direct line to the brand during an active campaign. You can ask questions, coordinate directly with the brand, or receive additional campaign information there.
Once you’ve been accepted for a campaign, you’ll find a dedicated chat section for that specific collaboration in your Refluenced account.
You can use it for:
Questions about the briefing (if anything is unclear)
Content coordination (if you have questions about execution)
Shipping and product topics (if your package hasn’t arrived, something is missing, or you need more product information)
Scheduling questions (changes to the posting date, vacation, illness)
Good to know
The chat is official — everything discussed there is documented. This protects both you and the brand in case of misunderstandings later on. Please keep all communication in the chat rather than using private channels like WhatsApp or Instagram DMs.
Try to reply promptly to keep the collaboration smooth and easy for both sides.
Refluenced Support can also access the chat if needed.
