If you’re unable to meet the campaign deadline for valid reasons, there are two ways to request an extension:
Directly in the campaign
Open the campaign and click the three dots in the top right corner. At the bottom of the menu, you’ll find the option “Request Extension.”Through the campaign chat
Open the campaign chat and click the small calendar icon in the top right corner.
In both cases, please provide the date by which you’ll be able to upload your content and briefly explain the reason for the extension request.
💡Important: Requesting an extension does not automatically mean it will be approved by the brand. Make sure to keep an eye on the campaign chat and coordinate directly with the brand.
