If you’re unable to meet the deadline for a collaboration or cannot complete it for other reasons, there are two ways to request cancellation of the campaign:
Directly in the campaign: Open the campaign and click the three dots in the top right corner. At the bottom of the menu, you’ll find the option “Request Cancellation.”
Through the campaign chat: Open the campaign chat and click the small campaign icon in the top right corner.
In both cases, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation request.
💡Important: Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean it will be approved by the brand. Make sure to keep an eye on the campaign chat and coordinate directly with the brand.
Please inform the brand as early as possible, as by applying you entered into a binding agreement, and last-minute cancellations or failure to complete the collaboration may result in consequences.
