For some campaigns, the brand wants to review your content before it goes live. We call this “Content Approval.” This allows the brand to ensure that you’ve followed the campaign briefing.
Does my campaign have Content Approval?
You can check this in the Content section of your campaign.
If approval is enabled, you’ll see an upload field there instead of the usual sync fields—along with a note stating that you can’t post until you’ve received approval.
The most important rule: Don’t post until you’ve received approval.
Content you publish on Instagram or TikTok without approval can’t be synced later—and without syncing, you won’t receive payment.
Here’s how it works:
1. Prepare your content—film your video according to the briefing and write your caption.
2. Upload—go to the Content section of your campaign and tap the upload icon.
Video (Reel, TikTok): Upload the video and caption. You’ll receive feedback on both.
Stories: Just upload the Stories; you don’t need a caption here.
3. Wait for feedback—your content is now marked as “Under Review.”
4. Get approval—and only then post it. 🎉
Who approves my content?
That depends on the campaign:
AI approval: Our AI, Lia, checks your content against the briefing. This usually happens very quickly.
Approval by the brand: The brand reviews your content itself and gives you direct feedback.
❗️Even with AI approval, the brand can ultimately decide otherwise—it always has the final say.
Revisions
You have up to two revisions per piece of content. Specifically, this means your first upload plus a maximum of two revised versions.
We’ll send you a push notification when a revision is due.
